Bistro Gadi

Bistro Gadi on Level 4 is a pop-up bistro offering guests a casual, interactive dining experience in a fresh, light-filled space with views overlooking Hyde Park, St Mary's Cathedral and Woolloomooloo Bay.

The lunch spread focuses on fresh seasonal produce, with platters of flavourful mains, salads and wraps prepared daily. Special kids menu available daily.

Open 11am to 3pm daily throughout the Ramses & the Gold of the Pharaohs exhibition run. Last orders 2.45pm.

Billabong Waterhole Café

Recharge with a coffee and sandwich, fruit salad or snack at our family-friendly café, Billabong Waterhole. Located on Level 2, Billabong Waterhole offers a range of hot and cold food and beverages, take away or eat in.

Open 9.30am to 4.45pm daily. Last orders 4.30pm.

Located on Level Upper Ground (UG), Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is your first stop for excellent coffee, hot and cold snacks, or a glass of wine after 3pm.
