Description

Web based data access and analysis is a growing area which will see increasing use of the internet for collaborative research into biodiversity distribution and ecology of organisms. The web based applications necessary for this to occur are as yet in their infancy and the Australian Museum is leading research and development in this area.

Current plans revolve around developing robust and flexible interfaces for web based implementations or Maxent, Biodiverse, and Generalised Dissimilarity Modeling.
