  I am trying to ID a clingfish from Lord Howe Island. I have been told this might be Lepadichthys frenatus? Can you help with the ID from the attached picture?

• Hi. I encountered a juvenile wrasse at Fly Pt in Nelson Bay on 11/6/11 which I have been unable to identify from my books. Do you have any idea what species it is from the attached photo?

  I spotted this fish while doing a fish survey at Halifax Park in Nelson Bay, NSW. It looked like a very large Forteque, and I wondered if it might be a Cobbler?
  Are you able to identify the fish for me from the attached picture?
