• We have a small family of 5 living inside a large 'cowbell' hanging on our verandah. They are very cute...around 4 cm long and fly off at dusk to do their 'shopping'! I first discovered one fallen below the bell, firstly thinking it was a leaf! I scraped it up onto a leaf and then onto a gardening glove and offered it some water droplets. (see pic) Since then it has settled in and brought some friends along. We love watching them and trying to catch a glimpse of their flight out each night - like a fleeting shadow. Amazing creatures.
