I am an archaeologist currently working in the Heritage team at the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority. I am also enrolled in study for a part-time PhD at Sydney University. My topic is an examination of the belief that other maritime nations found Australia before the Dutch and Cook, and why this pseudo-archaeological belief persists.
