• I have found four webs around my yard (at different times in the past 6 months) like this one. My husband saw some legs inside one of the webs and jammed a stick into it and killed something (we have little boys who play outside!). However there has been another web made since then. The other webs all appeared to have been abandoned. Are these funnel-web spider webs and if so, is there anything we can do to discourage it/them from residing on our property? Thanks in advance.
