Image: Stitching a wing back on
This Bird of Paradise's wing was very loose, and in danger of falling off. A single stitch past from one side of the birds body through the bones of the wing is enough to secure the wing back in place. A large needle used for doll making is used, as the stuffing in the bird skin is very dense.
