Rachel Arnold is a Masters student at the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences, University of Washington, Seattle, USA.

Rachel's research is on the morphological and molecular systematics of the family Antennariidae.

During her visit to the Australian Museum on 16 and 19 April, 2007, Rachel examined specimens of Kuiterichthys and also looked for specimens of an undescribed Anglerfish species that was recently collected from Bare Island, Sydney.
