My spineless friend - Scout Wallen Finalist in the Primary School Category, 2011

The invertebrate I have chosen is a caterpillar. Caterpillars are herbivores that tend to live in places where their predators can’t find them. I took this photo in Borneo Rainforest while in Malaysia. I zoomed in on this caterpillar so I could capture its body and its vibrant cloud of colours.
