This batik tulis or hand-drawn batik cloth was designed by atelier Njoo Djwan Liem, a famous batik maker from Pekalongan, central Java, who made batik designs for the wife of former Indonesian President Sukarno and other influential woman. This batik has an intricate modern, Chinese-influenced, bird and floral design, with stylized single Garuda wings known as Lar. Size: 246 x 106cm.
