Hi Denny,
This picture is either a very clever piece of camera trickery (VERY likely) or a living Geckozilla! The creature they've used is a Tokay Gecko (Gekko gecko), a common species throughout SE Asia which does grow large (30-40cm total) but certainly not that large. The largest known gecko is the presumed extinct Hoplodactylus delcourti from New Zealand, which reached lengths of around 60cm (total) and weighed around a kilo.
