DNA identification of species from gall bladders. These were being sold as something exotic by an alternate medicine retailer but turned out to be buffalo gall bladders.

The DNA extracted from the gall bladders showed that the original owners were buffalo but the the gall bladders were being sold as tiger.

Intriguing!  I need to know more.  'Who' were the original owners of the gall bladders and what was the aim of the DNA extraction?
