Diagnosis
A species of Erraticodon with an apparatus, including seven morphotypes (M, Sa, Sb, Sc, Sd, Pa, and Pb elements); all elements with a prominent cusp and processes bearing discrete, peg-like denticles; Pb element characterized by having a prominent denticulate anterior process; Pa lacks an anterior process but displays a long anticusp-like basal tongue.

Middle Ordovician (Darriwilian), about 461-468 Ma.

Australia.
