Carved Emu Egg Nhaatji Side 1

Description

The kalthi paarti or carved eggs by Badger Bates depict scenes influenced by creation stories told to him by Grannie Moisey and his observation of the natural world. This egg illustrates Badger's interpretation of Nhaatji the Rainbow Serpent.
