Blue Mountains Crayfish - Johnathan Marshall, Open 2007

This large crayfish was photographed climbing a cascade in a rapidly flowing rainforest stream in south-east Queensland. I like the way the camera has captured the movement of the water as a backdrop to the vivid colour of the crayfish.
