Anemone - Sam Webb. Open 2007

This is a swimming anemone that I found in a rock pool at low tide on Blackwood Beach, Cornulla, NSW. Using a macro lens I was able to take this picture, which reveals some of its internal anatomy. I also love the texture of the vesicles which look like finger prints and also like bubble coral.
