Document: The Use of Business Accounts in the Australian Museum
The Museum encourages its staff to be involved in appropriate commercial consulting for a variety of reasons, including diversification of funding for core activities and to increase the Museum's public and industry profile. Business Accounts (formerly referred to as Commercialisation or C accounts) are established to direct externally earned monies into Museum operations and to facilitate accountable management of these funds.
