Sustainable seafood
Most people would know that we are overfishing our oceans and how this is having a huge affect on the oceans and the wildlife that live there. When you buy your seafood do you have the knowledge to make informed choices?
The Australian Marine Conservation Society has put together a list to help you make informed choices when you are buying fish. As we head into the Christmas season and sea food appears on the dinner plates of many Australians try to support sustainable fishing as it is not the inexhaustible resource it was once considered.
This is one good habit we could all develop.
Remember: Habits made today will help life tomorrow.
