Museum Mystery number one is solved!
We had some great guesses about what our first museum mystery was which included a 'butterflies peepee', 'thorny asparagus' or even some kind of fish larva! The correct answer however was the lower jaw of a Platypus .
So well done to all those who correctly answered!
You can find out all about the Platypus in our Surviving Australia exhibition and even come and pat a real taxidermy specimen in Search and Discover on level 2!
