Reptiles and Amphibians

Herpetology is the study of reptiles and amphibians, which include snakes, lizards, crocodiles, turtles, tortoises, frogs, salamanders and caecilians.

Fishes, Sharks and Rays

Ichthyology is the study of fishes, which include bony fishes such as tuna and seahorses, and cartilaginous fishes such as sharks and rays.

Birds

Ornithology is the study of Birds. Common birds many of us are familiar with include eagles, gulls, penguins and cockatoos.
