The AMBS Terrestrial Ecology unit provides services in biodiversity survey, impact assessment and flora & fauna management.

Our ecology team has specialist skills and experience in all areas of terrestrial ecology including:

In addition to our in-house staff specialising in botany, zoology and wildlife management, the Terrestrial Ecology unit engages Australian Museum research and collections staff in commercial work. This includes senior research scientists and other specialists in marine ecology, vertebrate and invertebrate zoology, GIS analysis and DNA analysis.

AMBS Ecology has the capacity to undertake small to very large-scale projects throughout NSW and interstate. We have conducted environmental assessment and impact investigations and undertaken monitoring and management studies for a wide range of projects and clients, including government departments and private agencies.
