Image Gallery: Crocodile Case Restoration
Australian Museum conservation team work to spruce up some very old crocodile and snake specimens from the Museum's oldest showcase. Layers of dust were removed, missing scales replaced, and broken tails and claws repaired. The work was sometimes a little awkward for the conservators in the confined showcase, but a great chance for the public to see conservation work and ask some questions.
