Youth Accord on Biodiversity
Sign the Youth Accord to have your voice heard and help, protect and sustain biodiversity now and for the future.
According to UNESCO and UNEP over the coming decades our planet will lose over a million plant and animal species. All life on earth is interconnected and if one ecosystem breaks down then this causes a domino effect. All species rely on each other for survival. This is why it is important to protect the planets biodiversity.
I have recently joined the steering committee as the Australian representative for the International Youth Accord on Biodiversity. This Accord will be presented to International leaders at a UN conference – COP 10 (Convention of the Parties) in Japan in October later this year.
