Join the Biodiversity in the City discovery trail and take part in an exploration of the living world right in the heart of the city.
Sydney Event
- On Sunday August 15 and 22 between 12- 4pm take a stroll between the Australian Museum and the Powerhouse Museum.
- Scientists and experts from Sydney-based scientific institutions will be on the trail to show you their research, answer your questions and let you take part in hands on, fun filled activities.
- Spot the colourful marquees where scientists and experts will be at the following six locations
- Hyde park, opposite the Australian Museum
- Queen Victoria Building forecourt
- Sydney Square
- Darling Harbour, Druitt St landing
- Chinese Garden forecourt
- Powerhouse Museum forecourt.
Albury Event
- On Saturday August 2 Charles Sturt University will be holding a sister Biodiversity in the City event in Albury.
- At three different sites discover what life exists in ponds, see the biodiversity of the animal kingdom and find out what rare and threatened species exist in the Albury Botanic Gardens.
