Join the Biodiversity in the City discovery trail and take part in an exploration of the living world right in the heart of the city.

Sydney Event

On Sunday August 15 and 22 between 12- 4pm take a stroll between the Australian Museum and the Powerhouse Museum.
Scientists and experts from Sydney-based scientific institutions will be on the trail to show you their research, answer your questions and let you take part in hands on, fun filled activities.
Spot the colourful marquees where scientists and experts will be at the following six locations
Hyde park, opposite the Australian Museum
Queen Victoria Building forecourt
Sydney Square
Darling Harbour, Druitt St landing
Chinese Garden forecourt
Powerhouse Museum forecourt.

Albury Event

On Saturday August 2 Charles Sturt University will be holding a sister Biodiversity in the City event in Albury.
At three different sites discover what life exists in ponds, see the biodiversity of the animal kingdom and find out what rare and threatened species exist in the Albury Botanic Gardens.
